Order Cancellation by Customer:

  1. You may cancel your order within a specified time frame after placing the order, for example, within 24 hours. To cancel your order, you must contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and cancellation request.
  2. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may not be able to cancel your order directly. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions on returning the product and receiving a refund.

 

Order Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

Order Cancellation by Our Company:

  1. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
  2. If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Custom and Personalized Orders:

  1. Custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed or the production process has begun. Please review the specific product details for any cancellation limitations on custom or personalized items.

 

Partial Cancellations:

  1. If you have ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only a part of your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to cancel.
  2. If the items you wish to cancel have not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel those items and issue a partial refund accordingly.

 

Refunds:

  1. If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, the refund will be processed within a specified time frame (e.g., 5-7 business days) after receiving your cancellation request.
  2. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution's policies and processing times.
